Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Product quality does not match description

Non-Returnable Items

• Products used or applied to plants
• Liquid products with broken seals (unless damaged during shipping)
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Return Process

• Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
• Provide order number and reason for return
• We will arrange pickup or provide return shipping label
• Products must be in original packaging

Refund Policy

• Full refund for damaged or wrong products
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund amount will be credited to original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for our errors)

Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement for damaged products. Replacement will be shipped within 2-3 business days of return confirmation.
